Within the framework of managing European Union (EU) grant funds, through the UNI.AO Programme, implemented by the technical cooperation agency Expertise France in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESCTI), the Doctorate in Education course to be implemented at ISCED-Huíla is being conducted.
