The Higher Institute of Education Sciences of Huíla (ISCED-Huila) hereby brings the following information to the attention of all concerned:
- Registration for the 2022/2023 Entrance Examinations for the various courses available in the municipality of Lubango began on 1 August 2022 and ends on the 12th of the current month and year.
- In addition to the general requirements for applying to an undergraduate degree programme at ISCED-Huíla, candidates must also meet the following requirements:
- Final average equal to or higher than 12 points in the subject of Portuguese Language;
- Final average equal to or higher than 12 points in the course-specific subject of the programme for which you intend to apply.
For candidates applying to the Primary Education and Early Childhood Education programmes, in addition to the cumulative final average in Portuguese Language, it is important to have a cumulative final average equal to or higher than 12 points in the subject of Mathematics.

To register, the candidate must pay a registration fee of AOA 5,000.00 for each programme and study schedule, following the procedures below:
- Payment is made in person (the candidate must present the registration form received by email) from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the following rooms:
- a) For Daytime (Regular): Room L4
- b) For After-hours: Room L5
Note: candidates aged over 25 may only apply for the after-hours schedule.
