The Directorate of the Higher Institute of Education Sciences of Huíla hereby issues a public notice for the 2nd Edition of the Master’s Programme in Early Childhood Education Methodology, with 30 places, for the 2022/23 academic year.

The programme is delivered in an in-person format and lasts 4 semesters, totalling 2,400 hours of teaching activities.

Applications are open until 15 November of the academic year.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree, duly certified by documentary evidence, completed with an average grade of 14 or higher, in one of the following fields: Early Childhood Education, Portuguese Language, Mathematics, History, Geography, Biology, Education Sciences, Pedagogy, Psychology, Music, or another field deemed relevant for this purpose by the Programme’s Scientific Committee;
• Hold a professional teaching qualification as an Early Childhood Educator, obtained in Pedagogical, Secondary or Higher Education;
• Have at least two years of professional teaching experience as an Early Childhood Educator or as a lecturer in Early Childhood Education Methodology in Pedagogical Education;
• Be fluent in Portuguese;
• Be no older than 35 years;
