The Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of Finland in Angola, Lotta Karlsson, and Lina Soiri, Education and Science Counsellor of Finland for the Southern Africa Region, visited the Higher Institute of Education Sciences of Huíla today, Thursday, November 10, to establish cooperation agreements and develop joint initiatives.

Accompanied by the Vice-Governor, Maria Chipalavela, they visited the different areas of the Institution, with emphasis on the Early Childhood Education, Primary Education and Special Educational Needs Laboratory and the Research and Development Centre in Education.
