With the objective of approving the proposal for the Electoral Commission and the Electoral Calendar, the Board of Directors of the Higher Institute of Educational Sciences of Huíla (ISCED-Huíla) met on March 2, 2022, in the institution’s Sala Magna. The meeting was chaired by the outgoing Director General, Prof. Dr. José Luís Mateus Alexandre, where the following proposals were unanimously approved:

1. The Establishment of the Electoral Commission, composed of representatives from the categories of Professors, Assistants, Researchers, Students, and Administrative Staff;
2. The Electoral Calendar, for the election that will select the General Council and the Head of the Management Body of ISCED-Huíla.

The election processes for the members of the General Council will take place from March 9 to April 8, 2022, while the election for the President of ISCED-Huíla will take place from April 11 to May 5, 2022.
