La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e au sein de l\u2019institution, a r\u00e9uni plusieurs personnalit\u00e9s gouvernementales, institutionnelles, eccl\u00e9siastiques et politiques. <\/p><p>Le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, <strong>Boaventura Beleza Nolasco<\/strong>, a ouvert l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement par un mot de bienvenue aux invit\u00e9s et a soulign\u00e9 la transparence du processus et de la p\u00e9riode de campagne \u00e9lectorale. Il a salu\u00e9 le travail de la direction sortante, a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 la lutte contre les d\u00e9rives au sein de l\u2019institution et a insist\u00e9 sur l\u2019importance pour le nouveau pr\u00e9sident de respecter le programme pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aux enseignants, au personnel non enseignant et \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 acad\u00e9mique, afin de b\u00e2tir un meilleur ISCED-HU\u00cdLA. <\/p><p>Le directeur sortant, le professeur titulaire <strong>Jos\u00e9 Mateus Lu\u00eds Alexandre<\/strong>, a \u00e9galement pris la parole, exprimant sa grande joie et l\u2019honneur d\u2019avoir fait partie de la direction de cette institution. Il a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance et l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, qui a atteint des sommets tant au niveau national qu\u2019international. Il a manifest\u00e9 sa satisfaction \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la nouvelle \u00e9quipe dirigeante et s\u2019est d\u00e9clar\u00e9 disponible \u00e0 plein temps pour assister le nouveau conseil de direction si n\u00e9cessaire, avant de conclure par la remise des dossiers au nouveau pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019ISCED-HU\u00cdLA. <\/p><p>Le Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et la vice-gouverneure <strong>Maria Jo\u00e3o Tchipalavela<\/strong> ont ensuite remis des m\u00e9dailles de m\u00e9rite \u00e0 l\u2019ancien conseil de direction ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la nouvelle \u00e9quipe
