The Workshop on the hosting and publication of the database on the woody vegetation of Huíla Province will take place on October 21. This database is the result of a sampling effort involving approximately 5 years of vegetation surveys in the five municipalities that make up the province, within the framework of SASSCAL sub-project 154, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research and implemented by ISCED Huíla.
The workshop is co-organized by the Department of Nature Sciences of ISCED Huíla and the Ecological and Environmental Association – Omuntiati, and is funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the CSN Business Group, and the Center for Educational Studies and Development of ISCED Huíla (CIDE). It features the participation of researchers, professors, and Master’s students in Ecology, and is available for participation via Google Meet (link).
